Teledoor Performance Criteria:
- Demanding, high use applications with reliable operation - Milcor has reduced the number of moving parts required to
operate the Telescoping Door while eliminating the need for springs and/or counterbalances. Due to Teledoor's unique
nesting design there is very little that can go wrong with the Telescoping door, thus reducing maintenance costs.
Low maintenance and easy repair - Preventive maintenance consists of visual inspection and minor adjustments. Removal
and repair of damaged panels can usually be completed quickly and easily by an in-house maintenance staff, thus controlling maintenance costs.
Key features - Through independent tests the Telescoping door yielded a .51 - U value, along with zero air infiltration
through the curtain at 25 M.P.H. of wind, also an S.T.C. rating of 29, the best in the industry for standard doors.
Safety features - are standard with Milcor's Telescoping door. Spring loaded locking bars prevent the door from free
falling in case of a cable failure. An electric sensing reversing bottom edge prevents the door from closing on an
obstruction. Motor limit switches prevent a costly run-away motor.
Design Flexibility - Milcor's Engineers will design doors to fulfill your individual design requirements and specifications.

Security - Milcor's Telescoping door is one of the safest doors in the industry. The channel shaped sections create a 22
gauge steel barrier on both sides of the door. Spring loaded positive locking bars secure the door in the down position,
eliminating the risk of an intruder from lifting the door open by hand.

Ports, Fire Stations, parking garages, sports domes and clean room applications. These installation environments vary from
the severe heat, wind and dust of a desert to the cold snow and ice of the mountains, which would render other doors
