The person you sent to correct this did not have two pieces of rope long enough to do the job.....even though this is what he was sent to do! Consequently, I have 2 knotted pieces of OLD rope on 2 NEWLY installed garage doors !, several of our friends who came to see the NEW doors commented on this.
