All company's staff involved in the project : Lars (owner), Hank (sales consultant), John (technician) and Marianna (manager) were extremely informative and helped us a lot to understand the product and the process of installation. It was no sales pressure and the discussion of the door design was very productive and we've received  advices finally helped us make a decision. New garage door was delivered and installed according to the schedule and looks great. John performed the installation very professionally with an excellent quality the same way he probably would do it for himself. Great company, great people, great work, great new door! Highly recommended!

We have an over 100 year old barn with a 600 plus lb sliding door mounted via pulleys hanging on a rail 18 feet above the floor. Door Systems found and invented a transport apparatus and method to replace this rickety old manual system that not only safely mounts but enables the door to be motor driven slid safely bacj and forth between closed and infinitely open positions at the mere push of a button. No other sevice or apparatus provider anywhere was able to figure out how to implement a cost effective solution to this problem. Kudos and many thanks to Door Systems for salvaging this irreplaceable piece of historical architecture beauty.

We had an issue with one of our garage bay doors not closing properly and were unable to use it until it was inspected and repaired, and our entry keypad wasn’t working as well. Everyone I spoke with at Door Systems Metro Boston were very friendly and easy to deal with. Greg came out and repaired our door and ordered a new keypad, and Jason came out to install the keypad. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable about their job and the door system. They explained everything they were doing and why. We are very pleased with our experience and will recommend them to anyone who needs any type of garage door work.

I bought a replacement door from Door Systems five years ago. The lift cable snapped a few weeks ago such that the door could not be lifted. Their technician came out in a few days and replaced the cable assembly at a very reasonable price.

I've had a great experience with Door Systems. I would particularly like to give a recommendation for Bruno Joline, who sets a new standard for the highest in Customer Service. I crashed my garage door on Friday afternoon. Bruno came out on a Saturday, in 90+ heat, and fixed it for me. Even God rested on the 7th day, but not Bruno! He had an estimate done on Sunday for the replacement door, so I could take advantage of the tax-free weekend. The product is great (my doors were installed 7 years ago), the company is helpful (they've been oiled and adjusted on a schedule), and when you have an emergency, well, just call Bruno!

I liked talking to female employees (Paula? etc.) by phone to set up the appointment. Corey, the installer, arrived at my house during the 2-4 pm time period that he was supposed to. I received a verbal estimate of the cost of the work to be performed. My only complaint is that the estimate should have been sent to me in writing by email before I committed to the project. Overall, the Corey was very professional and I could accept paying a bit more than I had anticipated because of his excellent people and technical skills.
