I've had a great experience with Door Systems. I would particularly like to give a recommendation for Bruno Joline, who sets a new standard for the highest in Customer Service. I crashed my garage door on Friday afternoon. Bruno came out on a Saturday, in 90+ heat, and fixed it for me. Even God rested on the 7th day, but not Bruno! He had an estimate done on Sunday for the replacement door, so I could take advantage of the tax-free weekend. The product is great (my doors were installed 7 years ago), the company is helpful (they've been oiled and adjusted on a schedule), and when you have an emergency, well, just call Bruno!

I liked talking to female employees (Paula? etc.) by phone to set up the appointment. Corey, the installer, arrived at my house during the 2-4 pm time period that he was supposed to. I received a verbal estimate of the cost of the work to be performed. My only complaint is that the estimate should have been sent to me in writing by email before I committed to the project. Overall, the Corey was very professional and I could accept paying a bit more than I had anticipated because of his excellent people and technical skills.

I was sent a reminder to think about a maintenance visit on the garage door that they installed and this was a good idea. The customer service by phone and in person were timely and professional. We also requested an estimate for a replacement door and received that promptly. We have since used this company to replace one panel on our garage door. Although it took a while for the panel to be produced, this was on the manufacturer end and not this company. When it arrived, they promptly installed it with a courteous technician. When there was a problem with the initial installation and it had to be redone, the company did all the replacement work at no charge to me without any questions asked. I felt the advice I got from the company was accurate and helpful.

We had a wall-mounted garage door opener malfunction to where our garage door was unusable. Door Systems was super responsive and able to get a technician out to the house in short order. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the malfunctioning opener. They also inspected the garage doors and found that they in need of greasing and that several screws were missing from the time that they were initially installed. The technician did all of this work in a very timely manner and with reasonable expense. Would highly recommend Door Systems Metro Boston for any garage door work or installation.

Door Systems Matro Boaton installed my garage doors about 10 years ago. They did a wonderful job and the quality and design are still evident today. Recently they came out to fix a broken wire which happens. They were extremely reaponsive and professional. They also tuned up the second door and both are running like they were brand new. Great service!

Great communication regarding the appointment. The issue to be addressed was thankfully a simple fix and the tech was pleasant. He was finished in less than 15 min. The last time I had services from you, the tech oiled the track and took longer to check things out. I was a bit disappointed at the cost charged based on the above observations.

We have an over 100 year old barn with a 600 plus lb sliding door mounted via pulleys hanging on a rail 18 feet above the floor. Door Systems found and invented a transport apparatus and method to replace this rickety old manual system that not only safely mounts but enables the door to be motor driven slid safely bacj and forth between closed and infinitely open positions at the mere push of a button. No other sevice or apparatus provider anywhere was able to figure out how to implement a cost effective solution to this problem. Kudos and many thanks to Door Systems for salvaging this irreplaceable piece of historical architecture beauty.
