They called me right back and sent immediately another installer. He explained to me the trick to open it. He checked and fixed a little things to secure it better. He explained everything. I was pleased with their service. Overall, I know we all make mistakes and I'm satisfied they corrected it. I would recommend them.

Also they programmed my vehicles which was a pain in the but for some reason. I'm quite fussy and so were they. It was an excellent experience.
