However the accounting /billing office has no clue what is going on. After several invoices, no sign of my deposit, over charges by
$300 +/-, and several apologies it finally got straightened out. When we stopped in to pay it still took a phone call to figure out what was due. CONTINUED BELOW

William, Thank you for your honest review. We do apologize for the time that it took to correct your issue. We have deployed new tablets to each Technician/Installer with a new processing system and we have had to work through a few integration glitches. We hope that these are corrected for a more fluid payment process for our customers.
