Kim, I am so sorry you had this experience. Unfortunately, the technician who was assigned to work for you is relatively new and did not understand how important the phone calls are. He had emergency commercial calls that had to take precedence and should have called you as soon as he realized he would be tied up on those jobs. I don't know who called you to say you would have to wait two additional days for service, but please accept my apology for that. You should have been rescheduled for the very next day. We at Door Systems know that customers are extremely important to us and try very hard to be accomodating. The technician has been spoken to and hopefully now understands how things should go.
