The second person was a bit uncommunicative, but he got the job done. This morning, Joseph (Last name is Weytas?, I think) was really great. He was friendly, helpful, and quick . He figured out what was wrong (broken chain) and the solution the moment he saw the garage door. They have not yet replaced the part so no comment there.
