i couldn't have been happier with all aspects of this service: hank arranged for the right part to be held and advised me completely and informatively about how to best prepare the panel before installation (paint both surfaces with exterior paint to ensure better weather protection). when i arranged to pick up the item it was ready as soon as i arrived; scheduling the actual installation was extremely convenient--door systems offered several dates and times within a week; and then the best part--paul performed the installation. he was prompt, courteous, and outstandingly detail-oriented throughout the entire installation process. he was done in an hour and the job was performed flawlessly. i could not have been more pleased with the entire experience.
if you need to have any work done on your garage door i would highly recommend this business. ask for hank, ask for paul!

The person you sent to correct this did not have two pieces of rope long enough to do… Read more The installers were very good but they forgot to install the rope to pull the doors down in case of power loss. The person you sent to correct this did not have two pieces of rope long enough to do the job.....even though this is what he was sent to do! Consequently, I have 2 knotted pieces of OLD rope on 2 NEWLY installed garage doors !, several of our friends who came to see the NEW doors commented on this.
