I have a irregular configuration on my garage ceiling witch made it a harder installation. So they had to get the right service person to perform the job. The cost was confusing to estimate, so they made an extra trip to send out the more knowledgeable pre-sales guy. The price for a new unit was a little higher than I wanted, but it included hardware and a few hours of people time, so it was RIGHT.
