A mishap with my double 8' barn door being struck by my flatbed trailer resulted in a nasty dent, and operational troubles for the unit. The bottom panel had to be replaced. My sales rep visited promptly and provided a most reasonable quote. We also had an older door rebuild at the same time. I refer this firm every chance I get without hesitation.
