We have been in business for over 55 years trying to do just that. As a company grows, so can some problems which we try to use as educational tools. Now we need a service department, sales department, installation department, billing department and customer service department. We do strive for accuracy. I know that many things are beyond our control-the battery back-up failing, for example. But in the end, it is up to us to make sure that everything works out correctly. Garaga provided outstanding service right from the beginning. From assisting us with a detailed schematic of how to do it to the final installation they were excellent in their advice and service. The doors themselves are very nice and overall we are very satisfied with our choice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
