The company Replaced most of the wood, left wood down to the ground on both sides of the doorway. What we asked for was clear, and we did not get it.

It was stated in the work order that this was to be completed at the time of installation. Upon review of the pictures, it appears the work that was finished was done in a very professional manner. Unfortunately, there was an oversight as to the scope of work. Only half of the bottom trim that was to be spliced in was replaced. We will return to change the additional pieces at no cost to the customer.Very Happy
