We set high expectations and have a 12 point Code of Conduct for our installers to adhere to. At present we employ over 70 people and I assure you that this was an anomaly. I researched your job and discovered that the installer (who historically has been one of our best representatives) gave his two week notice the very next day to pursue another career.
