Our salesperson, Jack, was very personable and accommodating, though we truly respect that our installer, Tony, provided some last minute counseling in switching to his recommendation for utilizing a torsion-bar system for the garage doors. This choice had been mentioned by Jack for consideration, but Tony's advice was not equivocal in the least, and we appreciated, from his installer's perspective, how the torsion-bar system made much better sense, given all of the factors involved in our particular garage door installation. We further appreciated how Tony worked collaboratively with the related Door Systems Inc. personnel to enable this last minute change of decision to conclude with a timely installation as scheduled.
