After my call, someone came out, said he didn't have the units (despite my telling the service department that the units had been knocked out by lightening) and then I didn't hear a thing until I contacted them 4 weeks later. The person who came out the second time was great

Door Systems installed 6 overhead doors for me. It was a replacement job, so they did many upgrades. They programmed everything, then made a convenience call to me when they were finished.
