I asked for a quote and an onsite visit and all I hear are crickets chirping. It been at least emails and a phone call and still nothing.

We were very happy with our Sales Rep, but had specifically requested a particular installer, who we did not have. The installation was left incomplete (accessory items only), which was disappointing, as was the fact that we had to reach out to point out that the installation was left incomplete.
Overall, Bruno was great and the garage doors are BEAUTIFUL! Just looking to wrap up the last 5%.
