He was efficient and knowledgeable. Unfortunately something had not been communicated properly to whoever it was that loaded his supplies. He did not have trim for our door style. He had trim for a rectangular door opening, so he could not complete the job. Another person was sent to install the weather stripping and that installation left something to be desired. In fact, I don't think the installation is correct

They knew nothing about this and had to send someone out to take measurements again. I was out of town so I had to give them my key code.
