Another company made me wait for over a year with no followup and then I had to request my money back. Doorsys customer service was responsible and reliable. During the waiting time of several months, they will update me every month or so. Eventually they got the correct part. I want to thank you Gregg and Doorsys for your good work.

The company immediately took steps to remedy the small defect and also provided me with a complimentary remote. Installer did do on overall excellent job other than the small issue as noted above.
