The second person was a bit uncommunicative, but he got the job done. This morning, Joseph (Last name is Weytas?, I think) was really great. He was friendly, helpful, and quick . He figured out what was wrong (broken chain) and the solution the moment he saw the garage door. They have not yet replaced the part so no comment there.

He explained the whole process and was very patient in helping me decide the best door for our home. Aside from a small miscommunication with their office staff, everything went exactly as promised and the installer was professional, competent and thorough. You would never realized we had anyone there except we had a new door. Highly recommend!!
