I asked the sales rep to replace all wood In the doorway near the ground, with a material that resists insects, to protect us from termites. The company Replaced most of the wood, left wood down to the ground on both sides of the doorway. What we asked for was clear, and we did not get it.

It was stated in the work order that this was to be completed at the time of installation. Upon review of the pictures, it appears the work that was finished was done in a very professional manner. Unfortunately, there was an oversight as to the scope of work. Only half of the bottom trim that was to be spliced in was replaced. We will return to change the additional pieces at no cost to the customer.Very Happy

Great experience from initial inquiry of garage door openers right through to installation.
Both the sales consultant (Hank) and installer (Jay) were extremely knowledgeable. They made sure I understood everything and were very patient. Unusual at companies these days but both were also very personable which made the experience even better. I highly recommend using Door Systems, Inc. if you are in need of a garage door opener.

Had beautiful Garaga door with Liftmaster WiFi opener installed.
Very challenging installation in a 100 year old home according to the installer who was up to this challenging task.
Final result was a beautifully installed garage door with electric opener that can opened by various means including MyQ app on smart phone.
We are very pleased with the entire process beginning with a home visit by the sales rep who was very informative.
The door was ready within 4-5 weeks.
