An appointment was made for the installation, and the installer showed up right on time. And he did an excellent job installing the two doors and cleaning up afterwards.

Overall very good. The only issue is the time it takes to get it done because they are so booked.

I was not disappointed. They gave my an appointment 2 days out and the serviceman arrived on time. He introduced himself, Jason, and he talked me through my options.

So they had… Read more Door Systems have deep knowledge of installing and maintaining automated Garage Door devices. I have a irregular configuration on my garage ceiling witch made it a harder installation. So they had to get the right service person to perform the job. The cost was confusing to estimate, so they made an extra trip to send out the more knowledgeable pre-sales guy. The price for a new unit was a little higher than I wanted, but it included hardware and a few hours of people time, so it was RIGHT.
