The office staff was cordial and the sales rep Bruno Joline was outstanding. He went above & beyond to provide information to enable me to receive required approvals from the Trustees of my condominium complex, prior to the installation. The installer did an awesome job and I'm very satisfied with my new garage door.

We needed the lower section of our garage door to be replaced. Other firms I contacted were not interested. Door Systems immediately said that they could do and wanted to do this job.

Both the sales advisor, Bruno Joline, and the installer were very professional, efficient and courteous. Also the office staff was good and efficient. The only snafu - very minor - was that somehow the amount of the original quote differed from the invoice amount (by less than $1.-).

The office team also seemed very professional, scheduling our appointment, and reviewing our order. The installer did the job without problem, until the end when we were told he did not have the necessary products to finish the job. He said that he would be back shortly, or the next day. When I called three days later to ask when he would return, they knew nothing about it being unfinished.
