Sam did a great job Lou not.
Lou drilled 12 hoses in the ceiling he didn’t use, Sam used every hole. Sam spaced the track off the floor Lou placed it on the floor where it will rust from road salt. Sams support brackets are straight and square, Lou’s are crooked. Sam took everything he brought Lou left his jacket.

The doors were a great price and look incredible. The salesman Hank, was a gentleman and very knowledgeable regarding their products. The entire staff made the process easy with scheduling and follow through. The installer did an incredible job, they are perfect! Thanks again for a job well done!

So far so good. However, the doors came with paint job that was damaged/faulty, so will see. So will have to do one after doors have been fixed. So, incomplete.

He was efficient and knowledgeable. Unfortunately something had not been communicated properly to whoever it was that loaded his supplies. He did not have trim for our door style. He had trim for a rectangular door opening, so he could not complete the job. Another person was sent to install the weather stripping and that installation left something to be desired. In fact, I don't think the installation is correct

The experience was excellent and well managed from the sales perspective and especially the installation process.
