Was a Tight fit

I have an older garage with low ceilings and other install challenges. Door systems felt up to the challenge when others were skeptical and really did a nice job.Right on schedule I might add.

The installers were great, and explained everything so I am able to operate the doors the way that they are meant to be operated.

I was disappointed by his choice in language and it bares mentioning.

John, while I am pleased that you had a good experience overall, I agree that racist or off-color jokes are not acceptable. I have directed this to the service manager to address with the installer. Hopefully nothing like this will happen again. Thank you.
