We suffered for years as our previous contractor kept trying to fix our old door opener. It always rattled like it wasn't balanced and some rather important-looking bolts kept working their way out. We often had to disable it and lift it manually (large-double door, not fun) while waiting for service which never seemed to help. Finally I called Door Systems. Now we have a new, quieter door opener that WORKS. What a concept. Thank you!
