Hank answered every question thoroughly and was very professional. The door arrived on schedule and the installer was timely, friendly and did a perfect, neat install. We love our new garage door ! The office staff was cordial and the sales rep Bruno Joline was outstanding. He went above & beyond to provide information to enable me to receive required approvals from the Trustees of my condominium complex, prior to the installation. The installer did an awesome job and I'm very satisfied with my new garage door.

We needed the lower section of our garage door to be replaced. Other firms I contacted were not interested. Door Systems immediately said that they could do and wanted to do this job.

Both the sales advisor, Bruno Joline, and the installer were very professional, efficient and courteous. Also the office staff was good and efficient. The only snafu - very minor - was that somehow the amount of the original quote differed from the invoice amount (by less than $1.-).
