Both the sales advisor, Bruno Joline, and the installer were very professional, efficient and courteous. Also the office staff was good and efficient. The only snafu - very minor - was that somehow the amount of the original quote differed from the invoice amount (by less than $1.-).

The office team also seemed very professional, scheduling our appointment, and reviewing our order. The installer did the job without problem, until the end when we were told he did not have the necessary products to finish the job. He said that he would be back shortly, or the next day. When I called three days later to ask when he would return, they knew nothing about it being unfinished.

Great product, Installed on time and with no issues at all. They even programmed our remotes for us ! I would definitely recommend them !!

Hank was very professional and helpfull. Installer was not the talkative type but did a great job. Area was cleaned and did a quality job.
