I had to call for status update

Wayne, sorry you didn't feel you received proper treatment with your purchase. The salesmen do tell customers that they will get a call from the office with a date and do give an estimated time frame. When a deposit is taken it is reiterated that when everything is ready, SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE will call with an install date. In addition, if a customer has an email address, a timeline letter is sent out, restating the time involved in the process. Somewhere along the line, communication failed and I apologize.You are the best!

My phone was inactive so he couldn't call before he arrived but the installer came earlier and did all the prep work for me. They removed the old garage door tracks down and set up new ones. They installed the new doors up for both of our garage doors. I appreciate their work, they did a wonderful job and worked well in the heat.
