Our new doors are much better than what we first had when we purchased our new house. The installers were great, and explained everything so I am able to operate the doors the way that they are meant to be operated.

I was disappointed by his choice in language and it bares mentioning.

John, while I am pleased that you had a good experience overall, I agree that racist or off-color jokes are not acceptable. I have directed this to the service manager to address with the installer. Hopefully nothing like this will happen again. Thank you.

The installation was completely unsatisfactory

Hi Ms. Cantabene, I would like to start by saying that I am so very sorry you did not have a good experience with us. One of our most important goals is to have happy, satisfied customers. We have been in business for over 55 years trying to do just that. As a company grows, so can some problems which we try to use as educational tools. In the beginning a small company has one or two people to cover everything. Now we need a service department, sales department, installation department, billing department and customer service department. We do strive for accuracy. I know that many things are beyond our control-the battery back-up failing, for example. But in the end, it is up to us to make sure that everything works out correctly.
