The only regret I have is not replacing our old, wooden garage door sooner.

I was told that I needed to order a… Read more I am very happy with the doors and the installation of the doors. The problem was that four different people tried to program the Home Link feature with no success. I was told that I needed to order a special item to make Home Link work. This was not acceptable. I looked at the installation instructions an figured how to install Home Link. I showed instructions to installer and finally success.

I had to… Read more Sales process was efficient and easy, excellent quality product. My only complaint was about the installation - arrived late on a Friday morning, left early and didn't finish the job. I had to call to ask if and when they would be back to wrap up. Seemed like they were doing me a favor to come back on Monday and finish!

Good morning Eric, As a company we need to hear the good and bad. Naturally, we want it all to be good! When it isn't, we use it as a teaching tool in the hope that the problem won't arise again. I checked with the service manager and he said at your job there needed to be some construction work. It was pouring rain and the installers knew they would have to go back to the shop for supplies and wouldn't be able to finish that day. I apologize that they didn't contact you in any way or leave you a note. I understand that you did reach the service manager who said someone would come on Monday. I apologize that your experience with the installation wasn't what you expected, but we are glad that the sales process with Bob Perry was "efficient and easy" and that you are happy with the quality product we are proud to be associated with. Again, please accept my apology. We truly hope that should you need sales/service in the future that you consider Door Systems, Inc.
